Activision hires new Senior Vice President

Activision has announced the appointment of Joerg Trouvain as new Senior Vice President of European Publishing for the company.

Trouvain is coming to Activision from Electronic Arts, where he was most recently Managing Director and Vice President of the Germany, Austria, and Switzerland department. Activision, a company based in California, is looking to extend their influence in the European market.

Brian Hodous, Activision's Chief Customer Officer, lauded Trouvain's "extensive experience in driving the growth of organizations," saying that it "will be a tremendous asset as we take advantage of the market opportunities afforded by the new console platforms."
