Deutsche Bank Executive Joins SCi Board

SCi Entertainment appoints Deutsche Bank director to its own board.

SCi Entertainment has selected Deutsche Bank executive Don Johnston to join its board of directors. Johnston, an experienced mergers and acquisitions expert, has served as the M&A chairman at Deutsche Bank and managed his own acquisitions business specializing in technology.

SCi Chairman Tim Ryan commented on the addition to the board. "I am very pleased to welcome Don to the Board of SCi. His appointment further strengthens the independent non-executive element of the Board and his corporate finance experience will be invaluable as the Group continues to explore new opportunities for growth."
