20th Century Fox's Hitman flick has filled the major roles for its cast. Dougray Scott (Desperate Housewives, Mission Impossible 2) and Timothy Olyphant (Deadwood) will star in the film alongside a crew packed with Olga Kurylenko (Paris je t'aime), Robert Knepper (Prison Break), Ulrich Thomsen (Festen) and Michael Offei (Casino Royale). Agent 47, the series' lead character, will by played by Olyphant, opposite of the villainous Dougray Scott.

Hitman will be filmed in exotic locales such as Sofia, Bulgaria, South Africa, Istanbul, St. Petersburg and London by director Xavier Gens, starting this week. Europa Corp., led by producers Luc Besson, Chuck Gordon, Adrian Askarieh and Daniel Alter, will publish the movie in France, leaving the rest of the world for Fox.
