New News Writer Face Off

Thanks to everyone who responded to our call for writers last week. I'm happy to see that so many folks are A) interested in the news and B) would like to be bossed around by The Escapist. Hooray for Earth.

At this time we're calling a halt to the submission process and taking a long, hard look at the folks who were brave enough to step forward. We'll be notifying a handful of selectees of our opinion of them by the end of this week, and starting next week we'll be lining them up for an even closer look. Chances are you'll be seeing their names up on this roll as they sing and dance to our puppet mastery, and you can then join in the fun by calling them names and throwing virtual tomatoes at them, just like you do at us. Oh what fun!
