Bioware is holding a World Design Contest to seek out new talent to help develop their upcoming MMOG.

Similar to their 2006 writing contest, the World Design Contest is looking for "exceptionally talented level designers" to work at the Bioware Austin studio in Austin, Texas. Entrants must create a Neverwinter Nights module that runs between 20 and 40 minutes in length, which should include "a cut scene, intricate puzzles and interesting NPC behavior." Contest entries must only use an updated version of Neverwinter Nights and its official expansion packs - community-made or Neverwinter Nights 2 content will not be accepted.

Technical skills, creative level design, and stable, bug-free and well-documented work will be the focus during judging. According to the website, "When hiring world designers, BioWare looks at your scripting/technical abilities, your creative level design skills, your ability to create cinematic moments, and your ability to create interesting and fun puzzles."

The contest will run until July 20. Contest details, rules and other information are available at the official site.
