Yoshi Joins Virtual Exchange

| 16 Jul 2007 19:52

Yoshi Maruyama has joined Sparter's advisory board. As Senior Vice President and COO of Squaresoft, Maruyama focused on expending U.S. marketing efforts and negotiated the joint publishing effort, Square Electronic Arts. Thanks to his efforts as the General Manager of their XBox division, Microsoft was able to bring in Akira Toriyama, creator of the Dragon Ball Z series, to develop Blue Dragon.

Sparter is the business entity behind Gamer2Gamer (G2G), where gamers may trade virtual currencies in a open, transparent and secure environment. They currently support trade of currency from EVE Online, EverQuest (I & II), Guild Wars, The Lord of the Rings Online, Star Wars Galaxies and World of Warcraft, among many others.
