German Gamers Get Free Weekend Of Team Fortress 2

| 3 Jan 2008 15:59

Team Fortress 2 will be free for gamers in Germany for the weekend of January 4.

Valve's Team Fortress 2 will be open to players across the country for the three-day period.

Participants simply have to visit steamgames.com and download the client, free of cost. It can be pre-loaded ahead of time, as well.

Steam is the online gaming distribution and community venue created by Valve.

The title, which features class-based and goal-centered first-person combat, Incredibles cartoon-style graphics and a zany sense of humor, was originally bundled with Portal and all Half Life 2-related titles as part of The Orange Box.
