Videogame publisher THQ has announced a deal with GamersGate to provide worldwide digital access to some of the company's most popular titles.

The agreement, which excludes Australia and New Zealand, will see Company of Heroes and Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts, along with Supreme Commander and its follow-up Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance made available over the service, along with hit titles S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl and Full Spectrum Warrior. Other releases coming to GamersGate include Juiced 2: Hot Import Nights and the upcoming Frontlines: Fuels of War, scheduled for release in February 2008.

GamersGate CEO Theodore Bergquist said, "We are delighted to offer our global network of customers this premium portfolio from THQ. Our growing range of quality games as well as our accessibility and technical platform has made us a front-runner in the digital distribution arena and an attractive choice for PC gamers worldwide."

THQ's Adrienne Lauer added, somewhat less enthusiastically, "We look forward to working with GamersGate in making our premium PC games available via their popular portal."
