Condemned 2 Website Goes Live

Sega has announced the opening of the Condemned 2 website, providing an early look into the follow-up to one of the most frightening games of 2005.

Condemned 2: Bloodshot will continue to follow the life of Ethan Thomas, a former Serial Crimes Unit investigator who has fallen into disgrace following the chilling events of Condemned: Criminal Origins. Roughly a year later, Thomas is a homeless drunk, haunted by his past and faced with a choice: Give in to his demons or fight to continue living.

The game will feature all-new combos and finishing moves, an expanded selection of weapons including toilet seats, mop buckets, bricks and antlers as well as deadly firearms and crossbows. An ongoing investigation will reveal the secrets of the game and the horror of Thomas' life, with many of the game's puzzles and challenges have multiple solutions. For the first time, up to eight players will also be able to play online in one of four unique gameplay modes.

Condemned 2: Bloodshot is being developed by Monolith for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, and is currently scheduled for release in March. More information is available at www.condemnedgame.com.
