PS3 Home Features Fleshed Out

Playstation Home will be more than a glorified version of Second Life, recent reports indicate.

Kotaku recently reported on Home's abilities with three major PS3 titles, Resistance, Uncharted and Warhawk.

The first title will supposedly give Home users a way to check out bonus content by way of unseen parts of the game. The second will allow exploration of levels without the threat of being attacked, and will also include a side-scrolling arcade minigame.

Most interesting, though, are plans for Warhawk, where Home will reportedly serve as a war room for up to eight players to strategize using a 3D level "sand table" replica where players can represent tactics with avatars.
