Bring Down the Sky DLC for Mass Effect Now Available

Bring Down the Sky, the first downloadable content for BioWare's hit RPG Mass Effect, is now available for download over Xbox Live.

The 253 MB addition to the Mass Effect universe will add roughly 90 minutes of gameplay along with a new Achievement worth 50 Gamerscore points. The expansion introduces the Batarians, revolving around an asteroid space station that has been hijacked by Batarian extremists and set on a collision course with the colony world Terra Nova. Only Commander Shepard and the crew of the Normandy can stop the catastrophe and save millions of innocent lives.

The first in a planned series of expansions to Mass Effect, Bring Down the Sky will cost 400 Microsoft Points ($5.00) and is available in all Xbox Live regions.
