Nanostray 2 Released for Nintendo DS

A new top-down sci-fi shooter has made its way to the Nintendo DS.

Nanostray 2 was developed by Shin'en, distributed by Majesco and is described as "classic arcade shooting action."

Nanostray 2 offers up six game modes, including some two-player modes such as co-op or versus. The game can be played in horizontal and vertical viewpoints and includes multiple control schemes and configurable weapons.

16 bosses and 100 different types of enemies will engage players during the course of the game. Those who find themselves happy with their scores can use the Nintendo DS's wireless functionality to upload their scores and see how well they fare against others.
