Pseudo Interactive is phasing out of business as Eidos scraps projects.

1UP has heard that Pseudo Interactive, the third-party people behind the Full Auto series, is closing.

The Canadian company that employed over fifty employees during 2006, was crippled when Eidos and publisher SCi pulled several projects Pseudo was scheduled to develop. Efforts to continue cash flow despite the lack of work ran dry.

Pseudo Interactive was started in 1995 in Toronto, Canada by David Wu, Rich Hilmer, and Daniel Posner and was also responsible for the Xbox launch title Cel Damage.
