New Guitar Hero III Patch for PC and Mac

A new patch has been released for the PC and Mac version of Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock, featuring performance optimizations and support for new hardware.

The 20 MB download patches the game to version 1.3, and includes a new "Front Row Cam" which provides better performance and smoother gameplay on low-end systems and laptops. Supported laptops will also now display a batter meter icon displaying the remain charge in the system's battery, and a Wifi meter indicating wireless signal strength during multiplayer games. Support for the Intel X3100 graphics chipset has also been added to the game.
