Too Human Halves Cooperative Mode

| 15 May 2008 15:05

The oft-delayed Too Human will no longer support four-player cooperative play.

The co-operative play was pared down because more than two players resulted in a confusing and cluttered experience, according to developer Silicon Knights.

Nonetheless, co-op mode will still be important in the game, as later, more difficult levels will require help to complete.

Some of Too Human's options were clearly designed with co-op in mind, as the game will offer different ways to split the bounty and will respawn players near one another if one wanders too far away.

Enemies will also appear in strength greater than that of the better player, forcing teamwork.

Too Human is an Xbox 360 exclusive due in August.
