EA Mobile has unveiled three launch titles for the Apple App Store, bringing some of its most popular mobile gaming titles to the Apple iPhone and iPod Touch platforms.

Scrabble (U.S. and Canada only), Sudoku and Tetris will be the company's debut titles on the service, with a native version of Spore, the new game from Will Wright and Maxis, coming in September when the game launches. According to EA, the touch screens, multiple sensors and high-definition graphics in the iPhone and iPod Touch make the devices themselves a uniquely essential part of the game.

"EA Mobile is thrilled to be developing games for mobile products as truly revolutionary as the iPhone and iPod Touch," said EA Mobile Vice President Travis Boatman. "The innovative capabilities of these devices create a unique gaming experience that is very exciting and different from other platforms."

EA Mobile's offerings for the iPhone and iPod Touch will be available from the Apple App Store beginning July 11. For more information, head to itunes.com/appstore. (iTunes required.)
