I-Fluid Condenses From Steam

I-Fluid, a new indie game being released on Steam, will have you dribbling as you become one with your inner droplet.

It feels like the start of a Humphrey Bogart film.

I stood alone in the heat of the kitchen, watching her go. A thin bead of sweat rolled from my brow, huddling with all the other beads, before dropping out of my life, just like that dame.

Except this time, you're not playing Bogie, you're playing the sweat.

In I-Fluid, which plays very much like a cross between Marble Madness and Micro Machines, you must guide your drip across the kitchen, avoiding thirsty insects, runaway pencils, clinging flour and also sucking up moisture from fruit.

Made by French publishers Exkee, there's just something that's so relaxing about it. Maybe it's just seeing those juicy oranges and the fearfully absorbent blotting paper? I really couldn't tell you.

The graphics though are truly awe-inspiring. For a casual indie game, these are Half Life 2 level quality. I've only played the demo so far, but the trailer has me thirsty for more.

And for only $9.99 from Steam, it's practically cheaper than a bottle of sparkling spring water. Play it again, S(te)am.
