23 Rockin' Minutes of the Brutal Legend Demo

The Brutal Legend demo is open to everybody on XBL and PSN today, but if some reason you can't play it, why not watch the entire thing from beginning to end?
The video, posted by our colleagues at VG247, encompasses the intro movie we saw last month - only this time, the censoring is turned off. Oh yes, there's profanity and gore galore (gorelore? No, that doesn't work) so if that isn't your bag, you might want to think twice.
As far as the game goes, I'll want to get my hands on it myself (if I can stop playing Uncharted 2's multiplayer demo) to see how it feels and controls, since it does look a bit... stiff. The good news is that the voice acting and writing are every bit as clever as we've come to expect, and have indeed been hoping they would be.
Brutal Legend hits shelves on Octo - sorry, Rocktober 13th in the States, and the 15th across the pond in the UK (and presumably Europe). Now if you'll excuse me, I'd like to cut this post short. I need to go home and play Brutal Legend.
