Cowardice is always an option. 

Long walks on the beach, staring at the ceiling, breaking cameras, watching things in microwaves, pretending my hand is a rocketship, seeing how long I can sneak around public places with nobody seeing me etc. 

I was born and I've wasted most of my time since then.
