Deus Ex: Human Revolution is a cyberpunk action RPG set in the year 2027. Gameplay focuses on multiple solutions to progressing through levels through combat, stealth, or social skills. Players take the role of Adam Jensen, a recently-augmented security officer at Sarif Industries, as he works to uncover a conspiracy. Players may upgrade skills through the mechanical augmentations Adam has installed. Deus Ex: Human Revolution is the first game in the series to feature regenerating health in addition to consumables.
