Charlie Sheen “Wins” In The Sims 3

This article is over 13 years old and may contain outdated information

Charlie Sheen looks crazy, even when compared to other Sims.

Now that every other major media group (and just about every member of his family) has commented on Charlie Sheen’s “Winning” catchphrase, it’s time for videogame companies to get in on the action. Electronic Arts recently released the attached video, “Charlie Sheen is WINNING in The Sims 3“, which pokes quite a bit of fun at the star. Before you ask, no, it’s not easy to tell if he’s crazier in real life or in The Sims 3.

In a nutshell, the video takes the concept of Mr. Sheen’s rather public bouts of craziness and kicks them up a notch, showing a tabloid headline and then video footage of what he’s done to earn the latest bout of publicity. The first bit -where Sheen (wearing boxers and a cape) gets the headline “Sheen Crashes Party” and then is shown to actually be dancing on a table, surrounded by strippers, at a little kid’s birthday party- is particularly funny.

Honestly, the video’s pretty goofy and cute, though the last scene seems fairly on-the-nose when it comes to diagnosing the actor’s recent behavior. What’ll be interesting to see is if (not to mention how) Mr. Sheen decides to actually respond to the parody.
