Church Gets Exciting in New Hitman: Absolution Screens

If you’ve ever wanted to see a picture of a priest about to bury a fire ax in a man’s skull, you need to take a look at these new Hitman: Absolution screens.

For various reasons, I’m actually not much of a Hitman fan, but I do like these new screens from the upcoming Hitman: Absolution. They’re bloody and violent, which is always a plus, but the real giggle comes from seeing the intrepid Agent 47 wearing a clerical collar while he dispatches scumbags with an ax and burns down a church.

It’s also interesting to note that he’s got a Band-Aid covering the bar code on the back of his skull, presumably to hide the fact that he’s a genetically-enhanced clone assassin. Because who’s going to notice that, right? Maybe somebody should suggest to 47 that he try growing some hair. Or buy a hat; I bet a nice, classy fedora would really set off that expensive suit he wears.

Hitman: Absolution is set for release later this year for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.
