Targeted endgame boss farms are the easiest way to acquire Mythic and Unique gear in Diablo 4. This boss roster is made of some of the enemies that you’ve seen in the base campaign, coupled with some that were featured in seasonal storylines.
So far, there are only six endgame bosses that you will encounter while exploring Sanctuary, but that number will go up once Diablo 4 Season 8 releases.

The following are the bosses that you’ll find in the Sanctuary at the time of writing this article:

- Grigoire, The Galvanic Saint
- Varshan
- Duriel
- Andariel
Each boss has unique summoning materials which you’ll need to collect and deposit at the altar within their respective dungeons.
