Note that the release time for Dying Light: The Beast is set for all platforms. There’s no cheeky get the game early Xbox tactics either, as this is a true global launch with all time zones and platforms in sync with each other.

The developers posted a community update on the game’s Discord saying the reason for the earlier release is due to over 1 million copies being sold already. This is partly due to the ultimate edition of Dying Light 2 already coming with Dying Light: The Beast several years ago, back when it was supposed to be a DLC. But the rest of the copies part of the figure will be pre-orders of the game.

The game is still technically launching on September 19th for those in the Pacific regions, but it beats the game launching around midnight on Saturday.

Those who get their hands on the game can experience the all new monster design, including the revised night time to really bring the horror out. There are also new vehicles and Kyle Crane powers to play with. Good luck out there in Castor Woods. Don’t forget to check if your PC can run the The Beast system requirements too.
