Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 3: Release Date, Star Wars Theme, More

Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 3 is almost here, and after weeks of teasing, Epic Games has confirmed that Star Wars is coming back once again. 

While Epic Games is known for celebrating Star Wars Day every year, especially in Fortnite, this time they’ve turned the celebrations into a full-blown season. From popular Star Wars character cosmetics to Lightsabers, here’s what you can expect to see in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 3. 

Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 3 Release Date

As per the official trailer released by Fortnite, Chapter 6 Season 3 is releasing on May 2, after a long downtime that happens before every season launches. Based on everything that’s happening on the island, there is going to be some sort of live event to close Season 2, but the exact nature of this live event and how it’ll play out is currently unknown. 

All Expected Fortnite x Star Wars Skins And Cosmetics In Chapter 6 Season 3

Epic Games hasn’t revealed the exact set of skins that are set to arrive in Fortnite during Chapter 6 Season 3, but the following cosmetics have been spotted in the trailer: 

• Darth Jar Jar
• Captain Phasma
• Poe Dameron
• Mace Windu
• Emperor Palpatine
• Custom Mandalorian
• First Order Stormtrooper
• Wookie Cuddle Team Leader 

Other than these, older characters could also return to the Item Shop for the duration of this season. Finally, you can also expect the Lightsabers to make a glorious return. 

When Will The Fortnite Star Wars Season End?

Based on the Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 3 x Star Wars roadmap revealed by Epic Games, this season is likely to conclude on June 7. The entire season is being broken down into five stages, with each stage lasting for a week. The schedule is as follows: 

• May 2, 2025: Imperial Takeover
• May 8, 2025: The Pull of the Force
• May 22, 2025: Mandalorian Rising
• May 29, 2025: Star Destroyer Bombardment
• June 7, 2025: Death Star Sabotage

From the way things have been worded, there’s a high chance that the Fortnite x Star Wars season will conclude with a live event, which could include destroying a Death Star.
