Want some free games? Then head right over to the Epic Games Store, because the titular company is giving away free games to keep if you can claim them in time.

Every week, the Epic Games Store gives away at least one free game. And we’re not talking about titles that didn’t sell or are that infamously bad. The store has given away everything from little indie games to AAA titles, and all you need to claim them is a free Epic Games Store account. You don’t even have to download the launcher until you want to play them – you can claim them through their respective web pages.

So, what’s on offer right now? There are two games for free on the Epic Games Store right now. They’re yours to keep if you claim them it now:

The Big Con – Now until April 25

Developer: Mighty Yell

Publisher: Skybound Games

The Big Con is a garishly-colored cartoon adventure that sees you hoodwinking your way across ’90s America, emptying the pockets of as many suckers as you can. At least, that’s one way to approach this road trip.

You’ll also have to choose who’s worthy of being ripped off, so there’s an ethical quandary or two to deal with. Is it worth ripping off someone’s grandma just so you can buy your own bodyweight in Pogs? You’ll have to play The Big Con to find out.

Town of Salem 2 – Now until April 25

Developer/Publisher: BlankMediaGames LLC

Pre-dating Among Us by a good four years, the original Town of Salem is a Werewolf-style social deduction game, and this sequel adds more variety to the mix. There are roles aplenty as you forge alliances, lie through your teeth and do whatever it takes to come out on top.

Industria – April 25 to May 02

Developer: Bleakmill

Publisher: Headup Publishing

With a sequel in the works, there’s no better time to play the robot-heavy shooter Industria. Lost in an alternate dimension, your protagonist blasts their way through an abandoned German city where all life has been snuffed out. Why? You’ll have to play to find out. But at around four hours in length, it’s well worth a dabble.

LISA: The Definitive Edition – April 25 to May 02

Developer: Dingaling Productions

Publisher: Serenity Forge

Looking for a heartwarming game you can play before bedtime? This is not that game. It describes itself as “the miserable, hilarious RPG of your wildest nightmares,” and it’s not wrong. You pursue a kidnapped girl across a post-apocalyptic landscape that, while understandably grim, piles the gloom on even further. This edition adds two pieces of DLC for extra laughs.

How to Get Free Games from the Epic Games Store

If you want to claim these free games, or any of the other free games on offer, it’s a pretty simple process. Here’s how to go about it.

1. First, create an Epic Games Store account if you’ve not already got one. You can do that on the Epic Games Store website or by downloading the Epic Games Store launcher from the site.
2. Now go to the web store or launcher and go down to Free Games.
3. Click on the game you want, and you should see a big blue button that says Get. If it says Buy Now you’re on the wrong page or too late or too early for the giveaway.
4. Click on Get, go through with the checkout (you won’t be charged) and the game is yours to keep.

You’ll have to install the EGS launcher to play them but you can happily claim them without the launcher, and install the launcher later, if you go via the EGS web store.
