Hi guys! I'm looking for a game with penguins which push ice cubes in turning hammers to make a road to take bags with coins. When the ice cubes start to melt, the penguins freeze them again. This game has 40 rounds.

Kickle Cubicle? =)

Hi guys!I am looking for a ARPG PC game I had played 10 years ago.
First,it can be first-person or third-person game and it can choose difficulty. In the begging player has sword and crossbow to attack monster
Second, player seems to be inside the pyramid and needs to trigger squared intrigue to open the door which links to new area.Sometimes player should dive in water to trigger squared botton.
Third, monsters in the game are mummy, skeleton soldiers with light sword, flying Mantis, and fire-spitting monster which has mouth on its hands.
Finally, there are four colors special items in the game.purple item can throw bomb, dark blue item can summond lightning, blue and green item can produce smoke that makes damage when monsters touch it.
If anyone knows this game, please tell me.Thanks for you help!

I am so glad I found this place. I registered just to ask for your guys' help but there seems to be a lot of cool stuff on this site so I may stick around.

Anyways, I'm looking for an old computer game. I'm guessing 90's or early 2000's at the newest. I was pretty young at the time so my info and memory is limited. I remember running around and punching giant beetles to death. I think when they died their backs kinda ripped open to show they were dead? Another notable enemy was humans that had an ant head instead of a regular human head. I remember one very specifically. This human had one of these ant head humans tied to a pole and if you freed the ant head guy he tried to kill you. There was also a super friendly group that was always hiding under ground. I think I remember them all getting killed eventually. I think I also remember humans with bee heads maybe? I remember running from those guys. Another thing I definitely remember was being in a town and there is a guy with his face covered in bees and if you weren't careful your character got hurt.

If anyone has the magic to figure out what game this is based upon my poorly provided information I would be eternally greatful.

Thanks much

Looking for an old playstation 1 maybe 2 game where you use cards to summon monster, in the game you eventually get a super monster in the card or come into possession of the creature. The main character is a girl/woman. NOT YU-GI-OH, trust me I know the difference. Thank you.

Oh I found it, it was lost kingdoms for gamecube.

ahh im so desperate to find the name of this one game i made a whole account on this lol.

ok so when i was younger, maybe around 8-10 i have very vague/bleak memories of playing this one game.
it kinda looked like an mmorpg. i dont remember much about it except you had a 3rd person view, i remember
an area with a large tree, and for some reason my most prominent memory was of my character in this large body
of water and there was these platforms you'd go on and they'd make you bounce?

also i played it on pc.

gah this is all i remember and it's driving me nuts!! D:

My friend mentioned a game where you can go around visiting different animals and you played with a white controller that had an aqua blue button or joystick. They said you could play with pandas that would get dirty and I guess you'd clean them. They didn't know much about the game so I'm sorry this isn't a lot to go off of. They played the game around 2004, they remember the game having "go" in the title, but they're not 100% about that.

Midwoka:

Sounds like Quantum Conundrum (I've never played it, but I remember Yahtzee's review!).

THAT'S IT!!!!!! Thank you so much!!! I loved this game to death, can't go wrong with john de lancie as a narrator either ^_^

Hey guys I was hanging out with my friend until BAM! I just remembered a game from my childhood. Its a free to play pc game with a launcher, its about robots and only robots, you can choose three or two types and I remember one has hover movement and blade arms and another has legs and a big fist for punching. There was also an in game market for players to sell stuff at there own price. I also think the robots get bigger and stronger the more you level up. Please help this is killing me!

So there is this game i used to play on pc and all i can remember is that it had a background with lots and lots of color changing squares that pulsed. It was a 2d platformer. And it was like a strategy moving to get through the level like a parkour but not exactly

This game is like Breakout. It was created before 2009.And it has good particle effect. Some stage of it have special bricks that if you break the brick , it will increase the amount of the ball , drop some items that can extend or micrify the board you control .There are other special brick like you have to hit it twice or the brick you have to hit its top and you can't hit its bottom because it has armor.
The bricks of it is not rectangular and the angle of it is a little curved.
The game probably has a physical engine so the ball will increase its quickness bit-by-bit.
One of the item that the brick drops can extend the board to whole-screen size so that it won't let the ball drop off even the board isn't moving.
It isn't DX-Ball.

I played game when i was young its a from saga/Sega Genesis game/or some kind of acarde game I remember the game stars out with a guy jumping out of tall building and first level is your in the streets and u have fight with is hands and feet. U first fight one cop then after that 2 cops after you one on each side. This all i remember cuz when it came to the 2 cops fighting me one each side i got creamed every time. If any nos of this game please tell me I would like out it ends by watching it on the comuper or place were i can replay it again. Thanks

I've been trying to search for this one game in particular for years, and it's driven me half bonkers doing so. It was a gem collection/quest-type 2D platform computer game. It was very likely a Mac game, and may have been Shareware too. The title completely escapes me - it may have had "quest" in it? I remember the main character was some kind of elf dude, and he had to jump up and down collecting various kinds of gems and magical items to go from place to place through a castle, and fight evil magic along the way. There was a wizard, and I think he was helping the main character, but I'm not sure. There may have been a witch involved too, but if so, I don't even remember what her role or nature was. I think there may have been another female elf character somewhere in there, but I don't know what her role was either (or if I'm imagining things).

The game-play was largely simple (but sometimes challenging), just moving left to right, up and down, through the castle collecting gems on little perches, while avoiding and overcoming obstacles and using collected items to battle magic foes of some kind. (I don't even remember what it was the hero was battling!).

It was a game meant for kids, but somewhat older kids (7-13 or so; I was about 9 years old when I played it). I remember the graphics were - for the time - quite rich, smooth and vibrant, but also streamlined and simple. The animations were very smooth and vivid too. I remember the castle was very dark, and the game was not realistic, but the danger in each level felt unnervingly real at times.

It was not an educational game, nor was it anything to do with Merlin and Arthur, or Zelda, or anything that involved. It was also NOT Scooter's Magic Castle, nor King's Quest, nor Magic Mansion.

I only played this game for a very brief period (maybe 2-3 weeks total) around 1995, on my great aunt's computer (which was possibly some type of flatbed Macintosh Quadra). Then when the computer went elsewhere, so did the game, and I eventually forgot about it. Unfortunately, my great aunt or anyone who might have known that computer or that game is long gone.

I'm sorry I don't have more to go on than that. I hold out some hope that looking for this game isn't a complete lost cause. Any help or insight is appreciated, including questions.

**EDIT**: It seems I already posted on this forum (post# 11323) asking about this game, 5 years ago! The only thing that's changed is that I'm more convinced the computer was a Mac, and not a PC running Windows NT or DOS.

Looking for two games [PC - 90s]:

A) Top down view of light blue / cyan colored water(sea) with light colored sandy islands (or beach), there seemed to have been a light grid system on the main screen and you had some sort of tools to play with

B) Graphic adventure but with heavily blocky and pixelated dark colored trees to signify that you were in a forest and there may have been gnomes involved at some point. A fair bit of text/cli was present (not hero's quest or quest for glory, graphics were blockier)

Thank you

yesssssssssssssssss! Thank you so much!

I am looking for a retro platformer game, it was a flash type game from presumably early 2000's, where there was a timer, and you had to move from room to room as fast as you can, it had ragtime music, with 8 bitish style graphics any help finding it would be appreciated, thanks!

So I've been looking for a game for the PC. I remember it being free to play with an option to buy it. It was a side scrolling 2d shooter pvp. 8bit quality. I remember it having a map making mode. Other things I remember are there were spikes in the map normally around the outside of it that would kill you, grass you could hide in and jetpacks/rocket boots to get around the maps in.

Hey guys am trying like mad to remember this game i played in elementary school (quite a few years ago) was a dos 3d maze game dont remember computer type but it didnt have any combat instead i remember as weird as it sounds finding a cheese in the maze as well as other various items if i recall correctly you needed the items to progress further... sadly thats all i remember

Foreword: Just in case you, dear reader, know any of those games below, I'd be most grateful if you'd send me a private message, instead (or in addition to) replying in this thread. The reason is: I simply don't visit this thread very often and your reply could get buried somewhere within 40 new pages I won't have time to go through. Thank you.

Now to the meat: I'm looking for 2 games I've played at my friend's PC long, long time ago (almost 20 years ago).

GAME Nr. ONE:

- The game was definitely released in late 90' or very early 2000'.
- It was isometric, somewhat "point'n'click adventure" game mixed with RPG.
- Player could choose 1 of 4 characters to play with. There was a man, a woman, some kind of a beast-man (all I can remember about him is that when selected, he'd say "Igor... MAD!" or something) and either a short dude in duck-like helmet or actually a duck-man (it was too long ago for me to actually remember).
- 1st stage was in prison. The player escaped their cell by getting a key from a bread loaf. Later they had to talk to some guy that helped remove a slave collar they have been wearing.
- 2nd stage was in some docks. I vaguely remember the player had to buy a beer at a tavern for some drunk guy in exchange for something (I don't recall what it was... either a key or a potion).
- 3rd stage was on a ship full of zombies. I remember a moment in which the player had to use an invisibility potion in the right time to pass through a zombie-crowded area of the ship.

------------------------------------------------

GAME Nr. TWO:

First of all: Due to the game being about toys, let me say what I'm NOT looking for:
1) Toy Story based games.
2) Army-men (the lil' plastic soldiers) games.

Now to what I do remember about the game:

- 3rd person perspective. Perhaps there was an option to switch to 1st person, but unsure.
- The game was about toys, most/all of which were animal-like in shape, although many were bipedal.
- The toys have used guns to shoot each other.
- The game was happening in a living room (huge from the player's perspective, as you were playing as a tiny toy).
- The games mechanics revolved around switching characters by picking up special tokens with the character icon/portrait. Each character had an unique ability, for example a Cat could climb furniture and a Dragon could glide by pressing jump button repeatedly.
- As far as my friend told me, this game came pre-installed when he got his computer (Windows, probably 98 or 2000).

Thank you all in advance, and just as a reminder: I'd be grateful for sending me a PM if you know any of those games. Otherwise I might miss your answer.

I've been searching for this game for ages and I haven't gotten close, so it's possible I have some details wrong. But maybe something will ring a bell for somebody.

I played this game when I was really young, so it would have to be a pre-1992 game. We only had Amstrad CPC (I don't think it was this one), Commodore 64 and Amiga computers back then so it must be on one of those but I don't remember. My impression of the graphics is they were mostly white on black 2D. It had mysterious creepy atmosphere.

-First person point of view with no avatar
-Static screens you could move between- I think some had objects you could affect by clicking on them
-Point and click menu at the top with symbols
-Sometimes if you went into a certain room it would trigger a video of something happening in a small window that would popup
-One of your menu icons was a camera. You could take photos in the scenes and they would appear as little windows on your screen that you could drag around and close if you didn't want them.
-There were a lot of rooms like long hallways with suits of armor standing along the walls and the rooms all looked the same so it was hard to find new rooms
-I remember one room you could find had a ghost that would kill you straightaway
-I think another room had a woman in her underwear and you advanced the game by taking photos of her. Possibly she was having a sordid affair and the photos were proof? Blackmail?

That's all I can think of. I don't remember the game having enemies to fight in general and I don't think it had a text parser or ever used text on screen. I was a kid but I found it very cryptic and hard to figure out what to do. I really hope someone will know this because it's never going to let me go.

Chaoticelf23:
Hi there, I was desperately trying to remember the name of this game and hopefully someone might know it. The graphic style is kind of like the Dink Smallwood game. You wake up with amnesia and you have to work through several levels but every one is very different. Like, one has you in an asylum but you're basically in the gardens, talking to other residents, I think the puzzle for that level had something to do with music or a record. One level is like a freakshow/carnival I think. In one you were this cyclops with 4 arms if I remember correctly and trying to resolve issues with these insect like people. You see hints later that that level was basically based off a comic book in your memory. The ending of the game was that you were a psychiatrist I think and you were drugged to hide what you knew about a dangerous drug I think. I'd be quite grateful for any hints or suggestions, thanks!

Sanitarium?

Ners:
So, can't remember a game, it was some sort of action/shooter based. No close known timeframes but I used to play it on a WinXP machine around 2009 perhaps? +/- couple of years, likely older.
After a couple of clicks through the main menus (red-black themed, some pictures and an intro/cutscene I think) you show up as an armored person/soldier in some sort of a valley surrounded with another few soldiers, each having a different set of weapons I think. You could individually control each unit. The main theme color of the game overall was red, like red-orange-yellow(?) and any shades around those, it was literally all red-shaded. From the grounds and grass up to the skies as well, except soldier units, those were black and structures(?) those were more grayish.
The surroundings were kind of like steppes, low steppe-like grass, lots of tiny hills and valleys covered in grass and some larger mountains in the horizont, felt like a desert.
Moving some further you'd encounter some enemy units and some flags waving around, or was it some poles? Can't recall, but it definitely was something alike. Eventually you'd end up finding some kind of conctrete/metal structure/bridge(?) up on a huge hill and few trees around which were similar to those of GTA SA, huge&high, they were also scattered around the fields but nothing in large amounts.
This is the further I came and that's all I get to remember, guess there was some mission to be done but as a kid back then and with lack of english knowledge, it wasn't something I went after and likely the reason I can't remember what it was about, it's mostly visual memories.
Anyone got a clue what I'm talking about?

B. U. M. P. Anyone?

Been trying to find a game I remember playing in my childhood for a while now.

Can't recall much, but I know it's mainly a space game. Pretty sure you can choose different classes of ships (Yellow ships) and maybe customize them slightly with different weapons or something. You travel around the galaxy (Maybe systems? Dunno, but you did travel between stars), and I know you can use wormholes (Via blackholes?). Not sure what the objective was, but I know you could find different events and the like. One that stands out clearly though is finding the Voyager Golden Record.

Other than that, can't remember anything else about the game itself. Pretty sure I played it on an old mac computer, the one with the dome bottom and rotatable screen. If anyone can tell me the name, I'll be grateful. Been bugging me for far too long.

Sounds like either Strange Adventures in Infinite Space or its sequel Weird Worlds: Return to Infinite Space?

This . . . may be it actually. Doesn't look exactly like how I remember, but that's probably due to how long ago it was. Think the one I played was "Weird Worlds: Return to Infinite Space" Thanks for the help :-D

EDIT: Yep, this is the game. Went through a couple of screenshots

Hi, not sure if it has been posted already, but Google found my keywords on multiple pages of this topic and none of them matched the game.

Either way I am looking for an old game. Probably not DOS, played it on Win 95, it was one of those games where you are in the space endlessly flying and shooting... but! You were a dragon.
Purple one even? I remember it started with your photo (of the dragon character) being a baby, having this "rattle toy" (do not really know how to translate it) in his hand and I think the photo faded into sepia shade after a while and... yeah there was some story into it.
Now, how did the game actually look? You were flying ... Through space? I think it was actually through space, but the initial levels might have been on earth? Or... I have no idea, but I think I was shooting up asteroids (or evading them) while shooting other enemies from which I remember only witches on brooms (from top down) and flying castles...?
Graphics weren't actually that low, the effects were pretty smooth I think.
And I still connect this game with song "Robert Miles - Fable" and now I am just not sure if I heard the song while playing, or if a version of it was the part of the soundtrack.

It was all really hazy, one of those very early childhood memories, where I cannot exactly remember what it was like and even my memories might not be entirely true by now.

Edit. I also remember it was a game on one of "Herni Vyber". There have been a lot of these CDs. I have tried searching for them, but I found no content index, no pirated images, nothing. I also lost those I had. Somewhere. Somehow.

Great, good to hear its the one!
I know the feeling of having a forgotten a games name. Mine was even more obscure if you can believe it!
As an aside, it also seems that there is a third game in the series. Released quite recently. Don't know if it is any good though.

"Infinite Space III: Sea of Stars", apparently. Judging from the pictures and reviews, seems to be a 3D, slightly enhanced version of the second game. Might check it out later, but I think I prefer the 2D graphics more.

Hello everyone!
I've been spending all of last night and this morning trying to find this game, any help would be so very appreciated. ((:

It's a hack and slash, top down, pixelated game where you run through places that seem like dungeons to get to the exit at the end of every level, and they're all full of enemies that burst into pixelated blood. I think the main character was male? It's hard to remember. I think there was magic and keys and stuff like that but I just can't remember. I owned it on CD or maybe even through a DOS emulator, but it ran very well and was not text supported, so maybe not dos. Sorry for being vague, it's been YEARS!

EDIT: I'm assuming it was roughly like 90's or 2000's. Because anything past that looks way too advanced.

Any help is appreciated!!!!
Best regards,
The Mist

This really sounds like Entomorph: Plague of the Darkfall

I played this ages ago when I was a kid too, and what your saying sounds really like this game.
Have fun :D

Hello Everybody! I've been trying to put back my old N64 game collection I had as a kid (my house was robbed around age 8 or so and I lost all nintendo 64 games). The game I cannot remember is a vehicle/battle game I used to play with my siblings. You could pick up different weapons and there was an announcer lady that would announce things during the match. One of the things I remember most about it was a power-up/weapon called "Railgun" it was basically an auto turret for your vehicle, and the announcer lady would announce it when you picked it up. I know this is a long shot, but I am out of ideas. Thank you in advance for any help!

Hi there, here goes ive been searching for this game for a number of years and had no joy each time! The game was similar to dig dug but it was called dig out you had to collect apples and could make boulders drop on the baddies to kill them; the baddies used to come out of a trap door in the middle of the screen but on some levels you could make the boulder drop on top of the door and it would kill every baddy that tried to come out the door. It looked very similar to this game (i will post link at bottom of this thread) but seems to be no baddies and not called the same. I used to play this in Primary School in about 2000-2003 i bet the game was 10 year old then. I hope somebody can help me get to the bottom of this its blagging my head =] Many thanks!
