How to Identify Marked Bills in Cash Cleaner Simulator

Here's how you can identify marked bills in Cash Cleaner Simulator and the different markings that you will come across during jobs.

Identifying marked bills is your first step to becoming a professional money cleaner in Cash Cleaner Simulator.

As you progress through the different missions that this indie hit has to provide, you’ll soon receive jobs where you’ll receive jobs to deliver unmarked bills. So, if you cannot segregate the marked bills, you won’t be able to clean them, and your business empire will crash and burn before it even starts walking.

How to Spot Marked Bills in Cash Cleaner Simulator

You cannot segregate marked bills unless you’ve invested in certain items first. The items you need are:

  • Workbench
  • UV Lamp

You can purchase the portable UV Lamp from the Black Market with 750 crypto coins, but it isn’t as efficient as the stationary Ultraviolet Lamp. Complete the “Light Test” main story quest to unlock this item. You’ll gain access to the Workbench after you’ve unlocked the second Warehouse area in the “Light It Up” main quest.

Now, all you need to do is spread your bills on this bench and check them under the UV Light for any markings. While this is all that you need to identify marked bills in Cash Cleaner Simulator, the following tips will help you identify marked currency easily:

  • UV Light performs well in the dark, so you’ll need to ensure that all the lights in your Warehouse are off. Additionally, wait until it’s nighttime to start the identification process.
  • While you can work on the bills individually, it’s best to sort them into stacks of 15-20 beside your work bench. You can then work on each stack individually. This will just make your job convenient and will prevent it from piling up.

Real bills will have a blue glow, while counterfeit currency doesn’t have any glow. Marked bills, however, will have some distinct marks spread out on the body of a note.

All Marked Bills in Cash Cleaner Simulator

You’ll come across different types of marked bills, but some can’t be used for any jobs at all:

  • Police Marked: Has a huge red X all across the bill. Unsafe to use in any job.
  • FDI Marked: Has a small circle with an eye placed on the bill. Unsafe to use in any job.
  • Gang Marked: A small black box or circle with a red X inside.

Beyond these three bills, you’ll come across other stained bills: ink-stained, grime-covered, and even bloodstained notes. The good news is that you can use them in any job, but the bad news is that you’ll have to clean them first, because that’s your job, and no one likes to use dirty money anyway!
