A Command & Conquer 3 expansion pack has been announced in the opening broadcast of a new web-based show dedicated to the game.
Released earlier this year to a positive reception, the traditional-minded real-time strategy game Command & Conquer 3 will see an expansion pack early next year, the publisher announced.
The information was made available during the opening of the new Battlecast show, which is stylized as something of an ESPN parody and features footage, tournaments, player interviews and commentary on the game.
Titled Kane’s Wrath, the expansion wil boast new units and two new sub-factions. A circle-based user interface overhaul will also be implemented. As with C&C 3 itself, the expansion will come out for the PC and Xbox 360.
