Although comparatively new to the market, Marvel Rivals is already cashing in on a nostalgia trip like Fortnite OG with a S0 battle pass rerun.
With two successful seasons, Marvel Rivals has established itself as an Overwatch alternative and is looking to push past Blizzard’s hero shooter with regular events and gameplay changes. Battle passes for NetEase’s hero shooter never expire, meaning if you’ve purchased it once, you can complete it at your own pace. While these passes were available during their own seasons, the devs are now open to bringing them back in the future, but with a few conditions.
When Does the Marvel Rivals S0 Battle Pass Return?
According to the official dev blog, the S0 battle pass will return on May 15 at 2pm PT and will be available till May 29 2pm PT. Since this is the first time bringing back an old battle pass, it’ll be available for a special price for 590 Lattice.
All Available Skins and Cosmetics in the S0 Battle Pass Rerun

Since S0 was short, it’ll only have a limited set of returning rewards, including the following skins and emotes:
- Galactic Claw (Black Panther)
- Thunderbolts (Punisher)
- God of Magic (Doctor Strange)
- Empress of the Cosmos (Hela)
- Galactic Wings (Mantis)
- Charged For Battle Emote
- Power of Yggdrasill Emote
- Pocket Galaxies Emote
- Life Energy Emote
Marvel Rivals wasn’t exactly popular back in S0, so there’s a high chance you might’ve missed out on these battle pass cosmetics. With this rerun, you’ll be able to get these skins once again. While the pass is priced at 590 Lattice, it has 200 Lattice included, effectively reducing the price to 390 Lattice.

Since it’s a rerun, NetEase isn’t including any free rewards in the S0 battle pass and all future pass reruns will follow this trend. Going forward, every rerun pass will cost at least 20% more than what it was priced at during the season!
With these reruns, NetEase is banking on nostalgia to sell more cosmetics, but it doesn’t want you to feel special because these cosmetics won’t be exclusive anymore. Sure, they won’t hit the shelves in the item shop, but the devs have mentioned that future battle pass reruns will happen after a two month span has elapsed. This means the S1 pass should be available sometime in season three.
