Xbox Games Pass Games in April are letting you enjoy new releases and the CoD MW2019 resurgence

Xbox Game Pass games have been updated for April 2026, with new games coming to subscribers, while others are leaving. The games feature a broad range of new indie titles on people’s radars, and add some more cooperative fun for players. There are also some interesting titles coming to Game Pass. Here’s the full list of new games coming to Xbox Game Pass.

The games coming to Game Pass are largely coming to PC Game Pass Ultimate and Premium. Some games are now available with Game Pass Premium, such as Football Manager 2026 Console and PC. Replaced is a day-one Game Pass game with Ultimate and PC, and The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered is available now with Premium; otherwise, it will launch on the 18th as normal.

One of the interesting things about the Xbox Game Pass April edition is that we are getting Oblivion Remastered, which marks one year since its release with its ‘surprise launch’. There’s also Modern Warfare 2019 coming to Game Pass too, which is very interesting, considering the resurgence of MW2019 on social media. That game has blown up with Black Ops 7 not being received too well by CoD players. Though, it is divided since many people are not fans of the game as it introduced modern movement and doors, two disputed parts of the franchise. Worth getting it and learning what’s in MW2019 and deciding for yourself if it’s good or bad.

As for other specials, the new Vampire game is out, with the deck-building roguelike version of Vampire Survivors on the way. Replaced is another hyped-up April release from the more indie scene, in a quieter gaming release month too.

If you want some co-op gameplay, there’s FBC Firebreak. There’s also DayZ for survival gamers, and Endless Legend 2, an Early Access title for those wanting to play a turn-based 4X strategy game.

Also, some games will be leaving Game Pass, too. There are a few JRPGs and strategy games in the mix. GTA V is going too. Likely the last time we will see that on Game Pass until after GTA 6 releases. Speaking of which, there’s an indie GTA-like game coming out today called Samson on PC if you’re interested in checking it out.
