Is your PC ready to go to war alongside knights, samurai, and vikings in For Honor?
For Honor is only about three weeks away from launch, and Ubisoft has shared just how much PC you’ll need to jump into the medieval fantasy hack-and-slash title. There’s more than just minimum specs as well, which is nice.
These are the minimum requirements, which will let you run the game on the low presets at 720p @ 30 frames per second:
- OS: Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 (64-bit versions only)
- CPU: Intel Core i3-550 / AMD Phenom II X4 955 or equivalent
- VIDEO CARD: NVIDIA GeForce GTX660/GTX750ti/GTX950/GTX1050 with 2 GB VRAM or more / AMD Radeon HD6970/HD7870/R9 270/R9 370/RX460 with 2 GB VRAM or more
- RAM: 4 GB
To run the game on the high preset at 1080p @ 60 frames per second, here’s what you’ll need:
- OS: Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 (64-bit versions only)
- CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K / AMD FX-6350 or equivalent
- VIDEO CARD: NVIDIA GeForce GTX680/GTX760/GTX970/GTX1060 with 2 GB VRAM or more | AMD Radeon R9 280X/R9 380/RX470 with 2 GB VRAM or more
- RAM: 8GB
Also of interest is the news that For Honor will include native support for gamepads, specifically the PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and Xbox One Elite controllers. If you’d like to see the list of partially supported controllers, as well as the list of video cards the game supports, you should head over to this post on the Ubisoft blog.
For Honor is coming to PC (as well as PS4 and Xbox One) on February 14. Happy Valentine’s Day, indeed.
