The Ballad of Gay Tony Coming In October

The second add-on for Grand Theft Auto IV, The Ballad of Gay Tony, is now scheduled for release on the Xbox 360 on October 29, creator Rockstar Games announced this morning.

No official price point has been established for Ballad though presumably it will follow the same pricing scheme as its predecessor, The Lost And Damned, which set gamers back $20.

Alongside the option to download Ballad from the Xbox Live Marketplace, Rockstar is planning to offer the new content in package dubbed Episodes From Liberty City. This package will include both Ballad and Lost And Damned on a single disc.

Rockstar’s official announcement also says that those who purchase Episodes From Liberty City won’t need to insert a Grand Theft Auto IV disc to play either episode.

Additionally, Rockstar has released the first art from Ballad in the form of a desktop wallpaper. Though it tells us almost nothing about the add-on, I get the sneaking suspicion that the pretty lady pictured above has some, um, “hidden assets,” if you know what I mean.
