Compared to yesterday, today has been lighter in terms of video game news, but there’s still much to discuss! Aside from the absolutely stunning Demon’s Souls remake footage that was shown, Sony published interesting stats about Ghost of Tsushima: Legends, Blizzard’s World of Warcraft: Shadowlands has a new release date, the Uncharted movie has finally wrapped filming, and more. Here’s the video game news you might’ve missed on Oct. 29, 2020.
Sony Shares Stats About Ghost of Tsushima: Legends
Today, Sony released some interesting data about Sucker Punch Productions’ multiplayer expansion, Ghost of Tsushima: Legends. Specifically, nearly 12 million Legends Mode missions have been played, 141 million Oni have been defeated, over 22 million Spirit Dogs have been summoned, and 1.3 billion enemies have been eliminated. It was also revealed that the most popular class is the Assassin, with 30% of players choosing it over the others. Given these stats, it’s safe to say Legends is a hit.
22.7 million Spirit Dogs summoned so far = 22.7 million dogs petted, right?

Path of Exile Patch Delayed Due to Cyberpunk 2077’s New Launch Date
It’s not unusual for games to be pushed back to avoid other popular titles, but it is odd to see a publisher outright admit it publicly. Today, publisher Grinding Gear Games announced via Twitter that Path of Exile‘s 3.13 expansion has been delayed to January 2021 to avoid running into Cyberpunk 2077. You’ll recall that Cyberpunk 2077 was recently delayed to Dec. 10 and is one of the most highly anticipated games of the year.
We were previously targeting a launch date of December 11 for our 3.13 expansion. Yesterday, CD Projekt Red announced that Cyberpunk 2077 will now be released on December 10. We have decided to delay the release of Path of Exile 3.13 until January.https://t.co/Jw7PXnd4Bf pic.twitter.com/sL3npV4eH6
