It’s been yet another eventful day in the world of video games, so let’s jump right in. For starters, Sony announced the latest PS Now lineup for the month of December 2020 (including Horizon Zero Dawn), Nintendo Switch has gotten a new update that focuses on screenshots and videos, Bomberman is becoming free on Stadia, and more. The Latest Nintendo Switch Update Adds Wireless Photo Transfer

Nintendo Switch has gotten a new update, and thankfully, it adds more than just “system stability.” Most notably, players are now able to transfer photos and videos wirelessly from the system to a smart device, making it easier than ever to transfer your media. To do so, you’ll need to utilize a QR code, but it does work surprisingly well. Other photo transfer options have been added, too, such as the ability to transfer media to a USB device. The Latest Black Ops Cold War Update Speeds Up Weapon Progression

The latest Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War update has gone live across all platforms, and it comes with a weapon XP progression boost for multiplayer and Zombies modes. Treyarch has also fixed an out-of-bounds glitch in the new Nuketown ’84 map and implemented various XP fixes for issues within the Zombies mode. The full patch notes are below.

Ubisoft Is Aware of Upgrade Issues from PS4 to PS5 Games and Is Working on a Fix

Many players in the U.K. have been unable to upgrade their physical copies of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and Watch Dogs: Legion. For some players using a PlayStation 4 disc, the system does not give the prompt to upgrade for free, leading to many headaches for users in that region. Ubisoft has been made aware of the issue and assures the community that it is “working to resolve” the issue, though a specific time frame was not given. If you’re in the U.K. and are having these issues, rest assured that Ubisoft will be fixing it — hopefully soon.

Super Bomberman R Online Is Available for Free on Google Stadia

Today, Super Bomberman R Online has launched as a free-to-play title on Google Stadia. The streaming service has a number of offerings, but Super Bomberman R Online marks only the second game available for free via Google Stadia — along with Destiny 2. Super Bomberman R Online features a 64-player battle royale option and various other modes for you to enjoy.

December 2020 PS Now Lineup Includes Horizon Zero Dawn

Sony has announced the latest PS Now lineup, and it includes one of the PS4’s most beloved games. That’s right, Horizon Zero Dawn has joined the lineup starting today and will remain on the service for the foreseeable future. The full lineup is as follows:

  • Horizon Zero Dawn
  • Stranded Deep
  • Broforce
  • Wreckfest: Drive Hard. Die Last. (available until Monday, May 31, 2021)
  • The Surge 2
  • Darksiders III
