Fire Emblem If is coming to North America and will be receiving a new name.

The game, now named Fire Emblem Fates in the western market, was showcased today in a new English language trailer that debuted during Nintendo’s digital E3 event. The trailer, opening with a blue-haired woman singing as she walks into water, was light on story details but still managed to show off a good mix of gameplay and cinematic footage. As previously reported, Fates will be split into two connected games: White Kingdom and Black Kingdom. Each version will focus on one of two countries fighting each other in a war.

Also shown off during Nitendo’s event was Genei Ibun Roku #FE. Originally announced under the moniker Shin Megami Tensei x Fire Emblem, the game will take familiar Fire Emblem units and mechanics and place them in a real world, modern setting.

Fire Emblem Fates and Genei Ibun Roku #FE will both release in North America in 2016.
