Norman Reedus, Hideo Kojima, Kojima Productions, Death Stranding, Silent Hills

Norman Reedus’ working relationship with Hideo Kojima may have some surprises in store for the future, as the actor says more is being planned. Hot off of the heels of releasing Death Stranding in November, Reedus said to Wired that there is discussion to do more with Kojima: “So, we did Death Stranding, which was a huge hit, and we’re in talks to do other stuff.”

The story gets more interesting later in the interview when Reedus talks about his current projects and mentions “talking to Hideo about maybe doing some Death Stranding stuff.” What “stuff” exactly is anyone’s guess, though the obvious possibilities include maybe Death Stranding DLC or maybe even a full-blown sequel.

Reedus was also attached to star in Kojima’s Silent Hills, a title that was canceled at Konami years ago. Silent Hills has an incredibly slim chance of rising from the dead at this point though.

At some point in the future, perhaps the Walking Dead actor could even potentially be involved in a movie with Kojima Productions, considering there has been talk of the studio creating films down the line.

In other Death Stranding news, Kojima Productions has nailed down a PC release of June 2 for the game.
