Dave the Diver finally comes to Xbox today, and it’s getting new DLC in 2026

It’s been a long time coming, but Dave moves at his own pace – Dave the Diver is finally coming to Xbox, and it’s available today.

As revealed at the Xbox Partner Showcase, Mintrocket’s blend of deep-sea diving and restaurant management is available on Xbox platforms, including the ROG Xbox Ally, but there’s more to come in 2026.

The game currently has a whopping 90 rating on Metacritic, having originally launched on PC in June 2023, and the Xbox version supports Play Anywhere, so you can buy it once across PC and console.

Players can grab the Dredge and Godzilla crossover DLCs for free, while Ichiban’s Holiday Pack will also be available to purchase.

The game is getting a physical release for PS5 and Switch in 2026, but that’s not all – it’s also getting a fresh DLC update.

‘In the Jungle’ is the game’s largest expansion yet, introducing a brand new story and putting Dave on dry land.

There’s a new jungle biome and freshwater environments, with new minigames, recipes and more. It’s launching in early 2026.
