Battlefield
Battlefield is a long-running first-person shooter franchise that has seen plenty of entries over the last two decades. While the latest game, Battlefield 6, launched in 2025, the series has been around since 2002 with Battlefield 1942. The series has jumped between historical settings in World War 1 and World War 2, the present day, and the far-flung future with Battlefield 2142. It’s all about jets, tanks, helicopters, and troops working together, and recent entries have emphasized destroying parts of the map, too.
