The independent studio behind MARVEL SNAP, which previously won Mobile Game of the Year, has begun the hiring process for an ‘unannounced super fun video game.’
The company, based in Irvine in California, now has three roles on its website relating to this project. They are hiring for a mid-senior I Content Designer, a Senior Software Engineer, and a Technical QA Manager.
In the advertisements of the roles, a section for the specific team has been created. This explains how the successful candidate will be working on a new game: “We’re working on something new, with a wildly exciting partner.
“The team is pretty small right now (~20 rad folks), so you can make a HUGE impact helping shape this thing. We just passed a big milestone and are ready to step on the gas.”

The job ads have been opened to anyone in the United States, with the three in this project able to be completed on a remote basis.
In the Content Designer job, the studio asks for people to “design and implement awesome content that players will love.”
In the Senior Software Engineer position, the role involves partnering “with designers, artists, and engineers to establish a shared vision for compelling player experiences.” They ask for people who love crafting world-class game experiences to apply.
Finally, in the last role open for this position, which is to be the Technical QA Manager, they say they “need someone to own our quality strategy from the ground up.” They also say it’s perfect for someone who has been in the trenches and can build next-generation strategy while still being hands-on when it’s needed.
The Marvel-related game is the only one listed under Second Dinner’s games, with the team likely hoping this new project will live up to the success of what they have previously seen.
