Asherons Call: Emoter Update

I believe this is an update, Circeus didn’t explicitly tell us it was an update, but I can’t imagine he’d send in an e-mail if it wasn’t an update. That being the case, Emoter, a Decal plugin that simplifies, well, emoting. You can find all the details about the plugin and how to download it from Circeus’ site.
