srand always one to give us as much information as she possibly can (and we thank her for it) has explained to us the hotfix, what went into it, and the problems with it, a brief touch on the bobo-exploit, and an some info as to what exactly was going on with the server hardware yesterday (nothing like a little hardware failure to get the heart pumping).
