Asherons Call: QotD – What things “don’t work” and should be made more useful?

Specifically I would like to see the second spell or orbs/wands be ‘self’ instead of ‘other’. Nobody every uses the second spell and with buffbots so prevelent, using the second spell on yourself would be greatly beneficial.
