When and How did you start playing Auto Assault?
I discovered Auto Assault in August´05 by seeing a picture of a Biomek in Hazard mode and soon after I was playing in the Closed Beta.
How did you choose you Avatar’s name?
That goes back to the time when I was first time forced to give myself a nickname. I drove a special version car called “Cupra” for CUP-RAcing, and since I’m a great car fan I chose that to be my all-time nick.
Why did you choose your main Faction & Class?
That wasn’t planned like this… when I started in the German Forums and in Beta I was no Human, my heart was purely mechanical. Yeah I played Biomeks, in a German clan called “Blechbüchsen eV”. In these first days on the German server the Biomeks clearly had a superior position over the Mutants and the few Humies, so I deciced to go the “hard” way. I made my first Human, and I decided to play a supporting role so Engineer was chosen as the class.
Do you play solo? Why did you join a clan?
I play solo to level up alts and to farm and grind. Other times I play in a convoy or with clannies. I belong to the “Bunkerkinder eV” as their Leader. It was once made as a counterpart to the Biomek “Blechbüchsen eV”.
Do you prefer PvE or PvP?
I startet with just PVE (like all do) but with no intention to do any PVP. But
since my first PVP-moment I cant be without that.
Do you craft? What is your favorite crafted item (yours or others)?
I craft Armors, Chassis, Tires and Hazard Kits. All except Exotic Armors is 200. My favorite item is my Mozak, I did spend a lot of time to get that.
What is your weapon of choice?
That changes, currently I got my “Momma´s Bite” Turret and I like that, but I would
like to get my fingers on the medium Warmonger Turret…
What is your favorite ride?
Hard question for an Engineer… I would say the “Clio” Tank, because it handles
very well and is effective at ramming.
Which junk item do you refuse to get rid of?
I would say actually my chassis “Kratos” matches that description lol, bad acceleration, bad speed… but I love it.
What is your favorite NPC & location in AA?
NPCs do more than give missions? Dont think so^^ But my favorite location is the center of Ground Zero.
Who is your Arch-Nemesis in AA (Player or other)?
Thats surely Jury/Zwieback ^^
What is your favorite moment you’ve experienced in AA?
My first PVP, it was an awesome moment, we got 3 Humans and never-ending numbers of Biomeks came for us (never-ending means exactly 5^^ with 3 players under 80). We were really lucky and survived that… (that wasn’t my effort^^ my build was pretty bad at that time). After that i was on fire for doing PVP.
What song/genre you like to listen while playing AA?
I had a little soundtrack which i sorted myself, different music styles.
What current feature would you change in AA to make it better?
More possibilities for Crafters. The Crafing system is “ok” but there are points which ruin the system, if it applies to very good items.
Which new AA features would you like to see in the future?
I want more Clan features! I want a Clan Base and clan-built Vendors, and a huge storage for the Clan with different access levels. The Clans are keeping AA alive, AA should support that![/p]
