City Of Heroes: Live Long and Vulkon

One of my favorite Sci-Fi/Fantasy conventions is happening next weekend Nov. 14-16 in Orlando, Florida. Vulkon has been bringing together heroes and hero-worshippers since 1987, and never fails to put on a good show. Even in the aftermath of September 11, 2001, the convention in Ft. Lauderdale went on. A very brave Bruce Campbell was able to drive down and entertain the fans for 2 days (I was one of them) with his kooky humor and excerpts from his book, If Chins Could Kill: Confessions of a B Movie Actor. If you have the time and the cash (it’s $235 for all the events), get out there and boogie with Shatner!
