How to get all achievements in Dispatch

The decisions that you make in Dispatch alter the course the story takes. Although this is fantastic for its replayability value, it does mean that unlocking all of the Dispatch achievements will take a few playthroughs. Alternatively, if you want to speedrun your way through, selectively copying and pasting your original saves will also suffice.

To make life easier for you, The Escapist has compiled a list of how to get all achievements in Dispatch. There are over 30 achievements to unlock, regardless of whether you’re playing on Steam or PS5. Spoilers for some of the decisions you make are included in the achievement descriptions, so only stick around if you’re happy to read them.

  • Each decision you make has consequences and will change the course of the story, so choose wisely.

How to Unlock All Achievements (Trophies) in Dispatch

There are a total of 36 Dispatch achievements. How you decide to collect them, be it via several playthroughs or save manipulation, is up to you. 

To make it easier for you to find everything, The Escapist has organized the achievements by episode. Remember, if at first you don’t succeed, try and try again. Some achievements are dependent on luck, so you may find yourself stuck in a mini Groundhog Day before you get 100% completion.

Episode 1: Pivot Achievements

Did I drool on you?Unlocks at the end of Episode 1, when you’re hired by the SDN.

Episode 2: Onboard Achievements

Nailed ItAchieve a perfect dispatch with one heroMake sure one hero’s skills are higher than required.
Burning ChromeComplete a hacking level with a third of the timer left.
Time’s Running OutComplete a hacking level as slowly as possible, but still within the time limit.
Snake EyesFail a dispatch call with over a 70% chance of successYou need a suitable hero, but some of their skills must be lower than required.
Shift Was LitComplete a Z-Team shift without failing or missing a call.
“Love ‘em from my mouth to my butt”Select the least popular doughnutThe least liked is determined by player stats, so the answer may change over time.
Getting To Know YousDiscover every hero’s unique starting powerMake sure to unlock at least one ability per dispatch day.
Phoenixes DownHealed the same hero twice in one shift.
“You gonna eat those Twinks?”This is a story-related achievement, unlocked after your first dispatch day, as long as your fight with Invisigal ends with her smacking you.

Episode 3: Turnover Achievements

“But I cheered for Invisigal…”Collect the knife Choose Coupe when prompted.
“Watch your back, Robert.”Collect the tie Choose Sonar instead of Coupe.
Work SpouseReach max synergy with a hero duoWhen you send heroes in pairs, it raises their synergy levels; when they reach the highest level, this will unlock.
Fool’s LuckComplete a call with a 15%  or less chance of successPick the worst-suited hero for the job. Luck plays a huge role in this, so it may require multiple attempts.
OverkillCover the entire graph on a single callWhen a call with three hero slots is available, select three heroes whose combined success zone covers the entire stats screen.

Episode 4: Restructure Achievements

“I wish to make love to you again.”Give Phenomaman a second chanceWhen asked to choose between Phenomaman and WaterBoy, pick Phenomaman.
“It smells very chemically in here.”Choose WaterBoy instead.

Episode 5: Team Building Achievements

Power TripExpand the powers of four different heroes.
Career DevelopmentAce your performance reviewYou need to achieve the Dispatcher rank by completing near-perfect dispatches in every episode.
Min MaxUpgrade a hero stat to the maximum of 10.
From Zero To HeroMax out a hero’s stats completely.
“I’m the guy behind the desk.”This is a story-related achievementSelect the option “I’m Robert” when prompted.
“That’s, like, a real superhero.”Choose the response “I’m Mecha Man” instead.

Episode 6: Moving Parts Achievements

ModdedComplete a shift with all positive bonuses and no negative ones.

Episode 8: Synergy Achievements

“All gas no brakes, baby”Protect LA successfullyDon’t let your progress bar drop below zero, and defeat the Red Circle.
“Any plans tonight?”Kiss on a carAchieved if most of your choices were in Blonde Blaze’s favour.
“I’m a bleeder.”Kiss on a stretcherAchieved by favouring Invisigal options more.
“We can just be friends.”Don’t romance either Invisigal or Blonde Blaze.
“Muuuuurrrdaaaaah!”Give in to your anger and choose the path of vengeanceKill Shroud.
“I can confirm he’s a badass.”Remain empathic and choose the path of mercySpare Shroud.

Will I need multiple playthroughs to get all the Dispatch achievements?

It depends; if you’ve regularly, you should be able to copy and paste your previous saves to make achievement collecting easier. 

Does Dispatch have any hidden achievements?

No, there are no hidden achievements.

How long does it take to complete a Dispatch episode?

Between 45 minutes and an hour long, depending on your playstyle.

Can you alter the difficulty?

You can’t change Dispatch’s difficulty, though it’s not a tough game to beat.
