Metal, leader of Battlecry answered my questions to your enjoyment, so c’mon, Enjoy! 🙂

What is unique about your guild?
The guild, dating 4 years back altogether, evolved through time, merging with cores of some other guilds and eventually formed a strong and stable community. It has always kept an open door for people that were ready for it. A certain degree of maturity and tolerance combined with the necessary straightforwardness whenever needed is what gives shape to this strong community of friends, joined together by the game. Relations within are a reason as well as the consequence of that spirit. As far as newcomers are concerned, I guess you can’t really tell the difference until you’ve felt it on your own skin. In a way, this guild is like a solid marriage; not always about flowers and sunshine, but it sticks. For good.

Who are the people of your guild?
The members of our clan come from all over the world. The average age of it’s probably around 22 to 23 years.

What is your current guild size?
Well, at this point there’s about 15-20 of us, which are together from the beginning of 2002. We’re still a pretty small clan, but ready to evolve (as we did in the past) to a medium-sized clan.

What servers are you gunning for?
PVP is the server we always gunned for and planned to do in the future.

What is your take on Role Playing?
Well, some of us are Role Playing, but not all.

How do you look at interacting with other guilds?
Interaction with other guilds is always present. We understand that diplomacy, just like power and warfare, is always needed to be successful and growing in comparison to other guilds.

How are you structured socially (ranks, groups…)?
Ranks as such are not present in our clan, we always pursue the ideology of “THE ONE”. We try to work, battle and evolve as one big individual.

What is your take on player cities?
We have some experience from older games – siege strategy, etc… We plan to copy/paste our knowledge and upgrade it as needed 😉

What is your take on in-game taxes and loot distribution?
Nothing special, normal 15% taxes will be applied to the cities. Which is normal for us.

What excites you most about Age of Conan?
Combat system – finally able to show your “skills” in an mmorpg. Everything else is almost the same as in our old game…

How are you planning on communicating in-game?
We are still talking about it. But most of us are playing so long with each other that ventrilo is almost useless.

What are you looking for in a potential member?
Mature, big sense of humor, smart, hardcore gamer. Most welcome would be ex-hardcore players from other mmorpg’s.

How to apply?
Come on our website and check it out.

Final words from Metal:
Don’t expect from Battlecry to be something special, We are normal, custom players who think with our heads and use their past experience. We’re very helpful to our allies, but to our enemies, we represent the biggest nightmare in their puny lives! None, who oppose us should stand alive…

(Note, my English is not my primal talk =) )
