B-tier characters in League of Legends: Wild Rift

Unless you’re a diehard fan of a character in the C-tier, it’s worth steering clear of these picks. They’re not broken, but they’re not in a good state either. Regardless of your favorite role, there’ll be a better pick for you in another tier.

League of Legends: Wild Rift best characters change based on role

The best characters in League of Legends: Wild Rift change dramatically based on the role being played. This is important to think about when selecting a character to play. There are five roles that characters can take on: Solo Lane, Jungle, Duo Lane, Mid Lane, and Support. While Ahri is a fantastic Mid Lane, she won’t necessarily be a good option in any other space.

Other characters are more versatile, appearing at the top of numerous tiers in a variety of roles. Players will want to make sure that they don’t pick a character at the S-tier rank above without looking at what role they excel in, and which roles they may not be as good a fit for.

On the flip side, a player who excels with a particular role may be able to take a B-tier character and make them outshine an A-tier character, simply through their skill level.

League of Legends: Wild Rift players should build teams based on personal skills

It is important to learn to play several of the top characters in League of Legends: Wild Rift. Players who stick to a single character and role will be more limited, while those who learn to play several different characters and roles will be able to flex to changes in the meta and challenges during matches and events.

While many eSports players and LoL experts are known for gameplay in specific roles, playing a variety of roles and characters will not just be useful when selecting characters, but when fighting against them in matches.
