To level up, you need experience. Gain experience by doing jobs or competing against other players.
When you level up, you earn skill points. You will want to apply your points to your different skills to help improve your club. When you level up, click on the “Profile” link in the navigation bar and click the 
button next to the skill you’d like to advance!
Tip: In early levels, you may consider applying more points to your 
Discipline skill. This will allow you to do more jobs early on.
