Ultimate Mirren: Star Legends Aster Tier List

Mirren: Star Legends is out, and it’s time to lead your little group of Novas and smite our enemies. Now, even though the Novas in this game are powerful, to make them truly powerful, they need the help of Asters. Being a gacha game, there are plenty of Asters and, as you can imagine, not all of them are created the same way. To help you make your ultimate team of Asters, we made this Ultimate Mirren: Star Legends Aster Tier List.

Mirren: Star Legends Tier List

This list is based on both the global and the original release. Many characters aren’t yet in the game and we’ll keep updaing the list as they get added.

For this list, we considered every single Aster currently in the game based on their rarity, the damage they do, and just how useful they are overall. There are currently 49 Asters in the game, but we won’t be including three-star Asters because most of them just aren’t worth it. With that out of the way, here’s how we’re ranking the Asters.

S-Tier

Sarah	✦✦✦✦✦	Divinitas	Sarah is an absolute beast at doing AoE damage. She can also buff your allies. If you have her, you don’t ever have to worry about DPS.
Yetannia	✦✦✦✦✦	Faithbringers	An amazing support. Yettania can heal, and her buffs feel like you’ve doubled your entire party’s power level.
Caroline	✦✦✦✦	Earthborns	Caroline does amazing corrode and burn damage, especially for a 4-star Aster. Even though, she isn’t the most powerful, she is amazing for leveling up a team until you get some higher tier unit. We just had to put her this high up.
Momo	✦✦✦✦✦	Earthborns	You can get Momo for free if you keep playing and finish tasks. She does great corrode damage, and seeing how you don’t need to pull to get her, we had to put her this high up.

A-Tier

Giratia	✦✦✦✦✦	Vassals	One of the best units you can get on Day 2, thanks to the beginner events. Giratia does a ton of corrode damage, and until you get better units, she will fill the role of DPS really well.
Naphee	✦✦✦✦	Monarchs	Naphee does decent corrode damage and can buff herself further. She isn’t the best, but she is pretty powerful for an on-the-rise team.
Sinkou	✦✦✦✦✦	Divinitas	Sinkou is amazing because of her Burn passive. Every single ability she does inflicts burns, which can stack over time. Amazing at taking out spongy enemies.
Danni	✦✦✦✦✦	Monarchs	Danni used to be an amazing unit, but then she got nerfed. Now she is just a very decent AoE breaker Unit. Still a decent pick.
Ampsa	✦✦✦✦✦	Tormentras	Ampsa is great, but only during endgame. Her abilities ignore enemy defenses, which only matters later in the game. No need to invest in her if you’re just starting out, but later she becomes invaluable.
Anna	✦✦✦✦✦	Earthborns	Anna is an overall great unit. She does decent damage, has decent debuffs, and can restore energy well. There are better units, but she is decent.
Kelsuna	✦✦✦✦✦	Dawnborns	If you don’t have Yetannia, Kelsuna will do just fine. She is a pretty good healer and will keep your allies alive even when things get hairy.

B-Tier

Muu	✦✦✦✦✦	Vassals	Muu is a bit tricky to use. Many players don’t get her at first, but after leveling her up past 100, her powers become clear. She is definitely an acquired taste when it comes to Asters.
Apoffis	✦✦✦✦	Monarchs	If you don’t have Giratia, Apoffis can fill the role for corrode DPS, just fine. However, seeing how easy it is to get Giratia, Apoffis becomes redundant. It’s a shame, because she isn’t a bad Aster by any means.
Flashette	✦✦✦✦✦	Faithbringers	Flashette is a decent unit for a pure DPS / Glass Cannon team. Otherwise, there are better units.
Churchill	✦✦✦✦	Divinitas	If you need a healer, but aren’t far into the game, Churchill is your girl. Her heals aren’t the most powerful, but she can definitely keep the entire party alive.
ReiRei	✦✦✦✦✦	Vassals	ReiRei is the ultimate ninja support. Her abilities buff allies, giving them a higher chance of dodging. Unfortunately, many players don’t like her abilities and prefer damage boosts.
Cecily	✦✦✦✦✦	Earthborns	Cecily has a skill that boosts other units’ attacks. Many players rely on this, but most say it’s a crutch and shouldn’t be relied on. Her AoE damage is pretty decent, though.
Kuroae	✦✦✦✦	Tormentras	A very good Burn unit. Not as great as Sinkou. Many players like using her.
Bella	✦✦✦✦	Faithbringers	Another good Burn unit, just like Kuroae. Bella does less damage but applies more Burn.
Annex	✦✦✦✦	Vassals	Annex is an okay character early on. She can apply shock, and even do some light AoE. Still, try to replace her with a stronger Aster.
Dia	✦✦✦✦	Divinitas	Dia is known as the ultimate Tank Breaker. Her break damage just shatters strong enemies with high defence. Needless to say, you probably won’t need her until you get to end-game.
Outlander Calli	✦✦✦✦✦	Faithbringers	A decent healer. Not as great as Churchill. She will probably get buffed soon.

C-Tier

Shillae	✦✦✦✦✦	Tormentras	Nobody we know who has Shillae uses her. She just isn’t a good unit overall. Other than collecting her for her good looks, we advise you to skip her.
Kurogo	✦✦✦✦	Tormentras	Kurogo is an okay unit if you need someone to cast Burn on your enemies. We used her until we got Sinkou.
Belle	✦✦✦✦✦	Vassals	Belle attacks using sweets. That’s about the only interesting thing about her.
Icaruth	✦✦✦✦✦	Earthborns	Icartuth is a great Tank and a great way to keep annoying enemies from attacking your other units. Unfortunately, because of this, she also isn’t very popular, as most players prefer damage or buffs over tanking.
Narcissus	✦✦✦✦	Vassals	If you need an enemy breaker early on, Narcissus will do. Otherwise, replace her with a better unit ASAP.
Aika	✦✦✦✦	Earthborns	Aika used to be a good Aster overseas, but after the game was released worldwide, everyone stopped using her. There are just better units out there.
Asher	✦✦✦✦	Dawnborns	Asher has one good attack, and one taunt. She can be an early-game tank if you are struggling.
Princeton	✦✦✦✦	Monarchs	A very lousy support unit. She can boost allies’ defence and reduce the enemy’s rage. Honestly, just replace her.
Beccas	✦✦✦✦✦	Dawnborns	For a five star unit, it’s amazing how almost nobody uses Beccas.
